You can delete your VILNO account and all associated personal data directly inside the app. No email request is required.
Your account and personal data are removed immediately upon confirmation.
Send a request to support@vilno.net from any address, stating the phone number used to register.
We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, then send you a confirmation.
For legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, records of completed financial transactions (payments processed via Stripe) may be retained for the period required by applicable law. This data is not used to identify you within the app after deletion.
